Return Policy

Product Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Custom-made or personalized creations are not eligible for return. Feel free to contact us to find the perfect solution for your request.

When returning an order, there are two available options:

-Exchange: we can replace the product with the product(s) of equal or greater value.

-Refund: we will proceed with a refund to the bank account you provided to us or to the credit/debit card you used to make the payment or via PayPal after we receive the products.

Shipping costs are calculated depending on your country and shipment fees as well as possible customs fees are paid by the customer. Returns are sent exclusively via our shipping partner DHL.

You must return the product in perfect, unworn condition as it was received. Additionally, you must include the retail receipt and original packaging. Returns will only be accepted after your request has been approved by the company.

After we receive the products, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail. All returned products are subject to thorough quality control.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours.
If the customer cancels their order after it’s been processed and prepared, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
