Product Returns
You can return your order or part of it within 14 days from the date you received it.
When returning an order, there are two available options:
-Exchange: we can replace the product with product(s) of equal or greater value.
-Refund: we will proceed with a refund to the bank account you provide to us or to the credit/debit card you used to make the payment or via PayPal after we receive the products.
Shipping costs are calculated depending on your country and shipment fees as well as possible customs fees are paid by the customer. Returns are sent exclusively via our shipping partner DHL.
You must return the product in perfect, unworn condition as it was received. Additionally, you must include the retail receipt and original packaging. Returns will only be accepted after your request has been approved by the company.
After we receive the products, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail. All returned products are subject to thorough quality control.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours.
If the costumer cancels their order after it’s been processed and prepared, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
