Fine jewelry is delicate by nature and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry. please follow these care instructions:

-Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as showering,lotion, perfume, etc.

-Leave your jewelry at home before engaging in strenuous activities such as working out.

-Do not wear your jewelry on the beach or the pool to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.

-Do not wear your jewelry on the bed. Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat.

-For necklaces, please clasp the necklace when removing it to assure that the chain does not tangle or knot.

-Exposure to make up, oil, and dyes can diminish the sparkle of your jewelry.

Shipping details

For ready to ship products, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

As most of our jewelry is made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for processing depending on the product, plus shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During the holiday season, there may be processing and shipping delays.

We offer the below shipping methods. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time.

Shipping to Greece

All orders include free Express shipping with tracking through ELTA Courier or DHL Express and delivery takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping to Europe

All orders include free Express shipping with tracking through DHL Express and delivery takes 2-5 business days.

Shipping to US, Canada, UK.

All orders include free Express shipping with tracking through DHL Express and delivery takes 8-10 business days.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes and military bases.

Shipping to the rest of the world

Customs Fees

Based on Brexit regulations, all orders with destination to the UK are subject to a 20% VAT tax, which has to be paid prior to delivery. The VAT is collected by DHL and then handed to the UK government. The UK VAT tax cannot be considered shipping or customs fees.
Orders to US with a value of 800$ and higher are subject to custom fees that are paid to our shipping partner DHL.
Orders to AU, CA, Switzerland, Norway and other countries may be subject to custom fees depending on the order value.

Return policy

Product Returns

 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Custom-made or personalized creations are not eligible for return. Feel free to contact us to find the perfect solution for your request.

 

When returning an order, there are two available options:

-Exchange: we can replace the product with the product(s) of equal or greater value.

-Refund: we will proceed with a refund to the bank account you provided to us or to the credit/debit card you used to make the payment or via PayPal after we receive the products.

 

Shipping costs are calculated depending on your country and shipment fees as well as possible customs fees are paid by the customer. Returns are sent exclusively via our shipping partner DHL.

 

You must return the product in perfect, unworn condition as it was received. Additionally, you must include the retail receipt and original packaging. Returns will only be accepted after your request has been approved by the company.

 

After we receive the products, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail. All returned products are subject to thorough quality control.

 

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours.
If the customer cancels their order after it’s been processed and prepared, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
