The payment process is made through Viva.com thus ensuring safe transactions. By entering your card details, Viva blocks your order amount and when your order is invoiced, the corresponding amount is charged.

The transactions made on antevacrafts.com through your credit or debit cards are completely safe as our company does not collect, nor store your card details.

By choosing to purchase with a credit card, you automatically accept our transaction terms:

-antevacrafts.com is entitled to request a transaction confirmation from the Cardholder’s issuing Bank. In the event that we receive a negative response or no response, we are entitled, for security reasons, to cancel the purchase and return the full amount of the transaction to the customer without any other obligation, via their credit card (cancellation: cancel/void or to return: refund). The customer will be informed of the above action by e-mail or telephone, using the information provided during the order.
– Use of a personal credit card for a purchase from a different person or to a different business may not be accepted by the electronic transaction security control system.

Any commission for the transfer of the amount is paid by the customer.

The recipient should receive the entire amount of the order.

When the transaction takes place within the same bank, there are no additional commission charges. Products are shipped after confirmation of the deposit of the order amount.
