Right of Withdrawal / Return Request
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received your order, without giving any reason.
This right applies to purchases made through our online store and is exercised in accordance with the applicable consumer protection rules for distance sales.

For order verification purposes, you may be asked to confirm the email address or details associated with your order.
After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received your order.
If your order is delivered in multiple parcels or separate shipments, the withdrawal period starts from the day you received the last item of your order.
Returning the products
After submitting your withdrawal request, the products must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and with their original packaging and accompanying documents, where applicable.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the products if this reduction results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and fit of the products.

The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, unless the return concerns a wrong or defective product or unless otherwise agreed with our company.
Parcels sent with charges payable by the recipient will not be accepted unless this has been agreed with us in advance.
Refunds
In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s).
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable legal time limits. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until the customer has provided proof that the products have been sent back.
Any additional delivery costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us are not refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception is provided under applicable law.
Indicatively, returns may not be accepted for products that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, damaged, stained, altered, or returned without their essential packaging and accompanying items, where this affects their condition or value.
For hygiene reasons, certain product categories may not be eligible for return if they have been unsealed, used, or altered after delivery.
Wrong or defective product
If you received a wrong or defective product, this is not treated as a simple withdrawal request.
