We offer a lifetime warranty from the date of original purchase for defects resulting from our workmanship, so you can rest assured that we stand by our work. If your jewelry ever needs servicing or repair, our highly skilled repair specialists will evaluate your piece and communicate openly with you about the necessary work and any associated costs.
What’s Covered: Our warranty covers repairs for as long as you own the jewelry. You can also send your jewelry to us at any time for a free thorough cleaning and inspection, ensuring it remains sparkling beautifully and in top shape.
Important Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear, and tear (including scratches), accidental damage (such as dropping or crushing the jewelry), loss of gemstones, damage from improper care (like exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force), or any modifications made by a third party outside of Antevacrafts.
Submitting a Warranty Claim: To submit a warranty claim, please reach out to us at info@antevacrafts.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Brief description of the issue and how it occurred
- Photos and videos showing the entire item and close-ups of the area of concern
Important Terms: By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Return of Impacted Product: If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the impacted product to us for quality assurance review and testing. If approved, we will repair the product and return it to you at no cost.
